Outlook 2002 errors

Every time I get an XP update it disables my outlook 2002. I have been
reparing it ok. Now after I do the repair it works ok but what happens now is
that when I shut down my computer outlook does not shut down and I get an end
now messgae. i have to end outlook several times before the system will shut
down. I tried to download upgardes for my outlook 2002 and I get a message
that they can't authenticate my product. It is a legitimate purchase so I am
confused why I can't get my upgardes. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Try searching for opa10.dat file . Rename that while OL2002 is closed to
opa10.old
Try activating office again.

If that doesnot work Contact MS Licensing and Technology Grouop (LTG) and
sort it out. You can even avail MS Technical support
