Outlook 2002 "data file not closed properly" error

How do I eliminate this error message in Outlook 2002, when the program was
shut down properly?
 
Suspect any OL addins, syncing software, or anything else that hooks into
the OL data file
 
OK DL How do you correct it - - uninstall and re-install the other software
