Outlook 2002 error message

Outlook 2002 has been working until today when the user
started the program she received the following message:

Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. The .dll file for the
information service could not be found. MAPI was unable
to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the
service is correctly installed and configured.

How can this issue be resolved?
