Outlook 2002 duplicate e-mails

I recently downloaded the latest office updates.
Immediately after doing so, i started to recieve duplicate
e-mails from my pop3 provider. Please help, recieving
duplicates over and over and I would like to leave e-mails
on the pop server so i can retrieve them when I am out of
down via the web.

If I can remember this correctly, the problem is with your sending and
receiving options.

Go to: Tools ==> Send/Receive Settings ==> Define Send/Receive
Groups. You probably have 2 POP3 providers listed there, just cancel the
receive option on one of them.
