Outlook 2002 Cutomize Outlook Today

Please can anybody tell me why my Customize Outlook Today button/link goes
missing when I change the style to Winter.

I can see it flash on at the bottom right of the screen just below the
Messages...but it is not there for me to click on!

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

No the Customize Outlook Today is not visible...just a blank white space.

However I did try changing the screen resolution...and strangely enough it
reappears.
I think in the future I will give the Winter style a miss.
