I get seperate contact files for each row/colum cell.
I've Named_Range, ie First_, different from colum name, ie First.
The Named_Range refers to A1:A4, So that Outlook with pick up all rows
except A1 which is the header or colum name.
I've done all the steps in importing ie mapping.

But when import is done I get seperate contact files for each cell
reference, ie A1:A4 through B1:B4, 8 seperate contact files with only that
cells reference info.
The cell reference info is in the correct contact form field.

Outlook has no "contact files".

When you selected your named range, did you include ALL the rows and columns
you want Outlok to use during the import in the named range?

The simplest way to correct this, in my opinion, is to save your spreadsheet
as a CSV file and import that. Then there's no messing with named ranges.
