Outlook 2002 Calendar Printing

Recently I have lost the ability to go to File and click Print to print a
calendar. If I hit CTRL P I get the Printer dialog box. If I do Print Preview
and then hit Print I can get the printer selection box. Any ideas on why I
may have suddenly lost this ability...?

Are you using customized menus? Might you have accidentally removed Print
from the File menu? Check out the View Menu > Toolbars > Customize command
