Outlook 2002 blocking attachments

I have just started using Outlook 2002 as my email
program. A person I know is attempting to email me an
attachment file ending in ".exe", and Outlook is blocking
it. I saw in Outlook HELP that the default programming
blocks .exe and some other extensions.

I need to be able to receive attachments with .exe
extensions. I need help in changing the settings on
Outlook to allow that.

I am using Outlook on a stand-alone computer so I cannot
use MS Exchange to change the default setting.

Please email as well as post.

PS: I have used Outlook Express 6 for some time, and it
allows the change of settings for these extensions. I
can't believe full Outlook doesn't.
