Outlook 2002 and .wav files

Is there a way to put a .wav file in an Outlook 2002 email
so that the sound starts playing automatically when the
email is open?

I see this can be done in OE, what about Outlook 2002?

Enable Word 2002 as your e-mail editor (set message format to html). Start
a new message. Right click on a menu/toolbar and select web tools. Put
cursor in body and select speaker icon to insert wav/mid.
