Outlook 2002 and Security: can't send mail

I wrote a small program to send e-mails to 600 people in a group so they can
download our latest update from the web site.
My program is ready, I used automation to send 600 e-mails. However, every
time my program tries to send the e-mail using Outlook, Outlook makes me
click on the YES button to sending that e-mail. Is there any way to disable
that security feature while I send these e-mails?
The reason I have to send these 600 e-mails is that our mail server guys
can't let me send e-mail to more than 20 names at a time! So, I am in a bind!!
