Outlook 2002 and Passwords

Outlook 2002 is not saving my email passwords. Everytime I open Outlook 2002, I have to re-enter passwords for my email accounts in order to receive email. Once I have Outlook 2002 open and I have entered the passwords and as long as I keep Outlook 2002 open it will remember the passwords. The failure occurs when I close Outlook 2002 then re-open Outlook 2002. Please, please, please tell me you have a solution for this.

I am having the exact same problem. It just started when I installed the software on my new computer. It was fine on my old one before the hard drive died. If anyone has any information I would REALLY appreciate it!
