Outlook 2002 and ACT version 6

Help!! We have a customer who is using Outlook 2002 and
ACT version 6. Outlook with not send emails as long as
ACT is open. This is not a problem just when sending
emails through ACT to Outlook but as long as ACT is open
nothing goes through Outlook. Anybody heard of this?
Anybody fix this? Thanks

Not an expert here, Sherry, but I also use ACT 6
concurrently with Outlook. Never seen this issue
precisely the way you decscribe.

However, when I do run into issues similar to this, I
typicaally find that it is some kind of settings that are
down 2-3 layers into the menus in ACT that have something
to do with Synchronization or updating, etc.

You might try checking all the email account settings in
both ACT and OUTLOOK to see if one of those settings are
creating some kind of loop or something...

If I can replicate the error, I'll reply again..
