I just started getting this popup today I think from Outlook 2002. It says
someone is trying to access my address book when I get an email. I can
allow it or deny it. I always deny it. Anyway to figure out why this just
started happening?

Then it might be the utility that's looking at your Outlook data in a way
that triggers security prompts. If you remove or disable it and the prompts
stop, you'll know for sure.

If you want to read more about such security prompts, see

Well, I unistalled the nospymail utility and the popups stopped.

You may want to inform the developer of that program that it isn't suitable
for use with Outlook 2002, contrary to their web site, since it triggers
security prompts. But given that they say it's unsupported, I wouldn't hold
my breath waiting for an answer.
