We have to press F9 to view mails in the inbox. We use Exchange Server 2003
along with Outlook 2000 clients. How do you automatically get emails to view
in your inbox. Only happens to 50% of clients on network

Search MS's KB for "UDP". Chances are your firewall is blocking UDP
packets. You can either add Outlook as a firewall exception or change the
registry to have Outlook poll the Exchange server rather than wait for
Exchange to update Outlook via UDP.
