Outlook 2000

You have to change the default outlook template... For
some reason (surprise surprise) bill didn't make this an
easy thing to do. Do a search for Outlook templates,
you'll find it - it's the same way for setting up
autoresponse messages for when you are going to be away
(when you are not running exchange).
