Outlook Outlook 2000

I've got a problem with emails staying in the Outbox and not moving to the Sent Items when they've definitely been sent.

I've found a few fixes for later versions of Outlook but not for 2000. I've downloaded all the updates and run detect and repair but can't fix the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?
