Outlook 2000

Hi,

I've got a simple question that there might be a simple answer to that I
just can't quite see right in front of me. I have a client that's running
Outlook 2000 (with service release 3 installed...all updates done to MS
Office) and it can't seem to Accept/Decline/Cancel meeting requests. The
emails show up with the header info then what seems to be code that forms a
meeting request email. No Accept, Decline, Propose New Time buttons and so
on...can anyone help??

Thanks in advance,

Bobby

Is the meeting request from the same Exchange server or not? It may be they
can't read the free/busy information?
