Outlook 2000 & XP

After running XP for a month with no problems. The system
locked up, after rebooting Outlook2000 will not complete
it's loading sequence.Uninstalling, repairing and
reloading does not fix this problem. Iv'e uninstalled
office97 as well. I now have 3 systems out of 100 with the
same problem.
