Outlook Express

My HP ze5270 running WIN XP Home will not load Outlook
Express normally. It now takes about 3-5 minutes to
finally pop-up. I have followed MS recipe for reloading
Outlook Express and that seemed to fix it but only for a
few tries....it is now again locking-up for way too much
time. Nothing I can do seems to fix this issue...is
anyone familiar with the likely problem/answer?
