Outlook 2000/XP Junk Mail

I have several outlook 2000 and XP clients that are
sending messages from people within our mail domain to
the junk-mail folder. I have checked their junk senders
list and do not see any of those names listed. My spam
software is not flagging the messages as junk so I guess
the outlook rules are somehow being applied. Any
suggestions for repair?
 
Add that domain to their Safe Senders List. You can also right click on these
messages and choose "Mark as Not Junk."
 
Outlook 2000 and XP do not have safe senders list.
