Outlook 2000 wont launch

I having problems with outlook 2000 launching. I have tried correcting
problems in the pst files. Is there anywy I can delete everything and start
from scratch? I don't care if I lose the data. I just want to be able to
use the program.

The simple answer is yes...go to Add/Remove Programs and remove Outlook.
Then re-install.

Outlook 2000 is part of Office 2000, I have uninstalled several times. That
does not delete the data files.
