Outlook 2000. When I send an email with an attachment

Are the recipients also using Outlook? If not, make sure you use HTML
or Plain Text format when sending messages to them. Don't use Rich Text
format, which is proprietary to Outlook and will cause problems for
other recipients, one of which is that they won't get your attachments.

If the receipient is useing OE, have them uncheck the "Do
not allow attachements....." under Tools /options /
security tab....
