Outlook 2000 Today customization button inoperative

When I click the 'Customize Outlook Today' button at the top right of the
Outlook today view nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix ths? I have
a pretty standard setup running on W2K. All updates for Office 2000 have
been downloaded.
