When I open Outlook I get the following message:
Unable to open default e-mail folders. The information
store could not be opened. According to the knowledge base
I need to rename Secur32.dll and install a clean copy. How
do you install a new copy when windows uses this file. I
tried rebooting to go to a command prompt but the only way
to do this is in safe mode and the file is still in use.
Any ideas?

I don't know where you got that information but try a new mail profile here:
Control Panel->Mail Icon=>Show Profiles.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Larry asked:
