outlook 2000 startup

how do I have outlook automatically start when computer turns on. I have
tried the options in the outlook help menu.
 
Place a shortcut to Outlook in the Startup folder in your Start Menu.
 
By placing a shortcut, to the OL exe, in you Win startup folder
Personally I prefer to start such apps, manually, after win has fully
loaded.
