I am currently using Office 2003 and outlook with an exchange server. One of
my out-of-state offices is using Office 2000 and therefore Outlook 2000. I
am having trouble helping this office setup their exchange server and POP3
accounts because I do not know the layout of Outlook 2000 and can not do this
setup over the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use Remote Desktop, use a Virtual PC to install Office 2000 on or ask them
for screenshot (or find them on the Internet).
Note that for an Exchange connection Outlook 2000 has to be in
Corporate/Workgroup mode (also referred to as CW). If they didn't use an
Exchange account before but for instance POP3 it is most likely that they
are now in Internet Mail Only (IMO) configuration.

Once configured properly they can add the account through Tools->
Accounts/Services (can't remember the exact wording and IIRC it also depends
on the Outlook mode).
