Outlook 2000 Settings

We need to perform a complete O/S reload on one of our executive's PCs. He
is insistent that we don't loose ANY of his outlook settings, rules, etc...
In other words, when we walk away, his outlooks needs to be exactly as it is
now. What is the best method to archive and then restore ALL related
settings?
