Outlook 2000: removing background or convert to plain text ?

Hi all...

I get emails from a specific person. The background picture he uses makes it
difficult for me to read the mail (black font on dark blue background). I
was going to make a rule to remove the background or convert to plain text
but I couldn't find a way to do it. I know the basics of rules but removing
the background or converting to plain text wasn't in any of the options. How
can I do this ?

for just those messages see if it is acceptable to save it as text only.
