Outlook 2000 Public folder copying?

Besides doing the export of a public folder as a file, is there no way to
simply copy and send this to a network drive or must it be exported? Thanks!
 
You can drag and drop the items out of Outlook into an Explorer windows to
store them as msg-files.

Another way to go is to create a new pst-file and move the public folder
into the new pst-file. Note that connecting to pst-files on a networkshare
is unsupported by Microsoft.
