outlook 2000 on xp

i am using xp. we have to users set up myself and my wife.

when she logs on to her account on the pc. is it possible
for her to see the same outlook (ie folders and inbox) we
use the same email address.

Yes. Just set each configuration to use the same PST file. You must post
your mail support mode for us to tell you how. Line 2 of Help | About if you
don't know.
