I am having problems getting a machines with an XP home
edition OS that is running Outlook 2000 to sync up with my
small 6 user network. Outlook 2000 on this machine will
not recognice logins with the correct User Name, Password,
and domain. Also, how do I get XP Home edition to run my
NT exchange script on startup? Or should they?

is this a peer-tp-peer network or are you running a domain controller?

.....XP Home can't join a domain, for what it's worth. So, to the OP - best
to upgrade to XP Pro which can join domains, use domain logins & scripts,
and will pass through the credentials to the Exchange server for the user
logged into the domain - so no additional login/password/domain info is
required.
