Outlook 2000 Internet Mail Only not sending or receiving messages

My friend has Windows 98 with Outlook 2000 Internet Mail Only (Microsoft
Outlook Express 5). She suddenly cannot receive or send emails. I am
worried that someone accidentally changed the settings, because it had been
working fine. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Not sure what you are asking. Outlook is not related to Outlook Express--two
different programs. Try resetting her accounts in Tools, Email Accounts. Make
sure the server settings match her ISP's instructions. Also look at her
connections settings. Either one could have become corrupted.
