Remove ZA and see if the issue continues. Many report problems with ZA which is also
probably the same in your case

Updates to outlook are often not recognized by firewalls that block by
version #. Check the settings in ZA and see if its blocking outlook.

One other thing. I noticed the first time it happened that the Reminders
didn't pop up. This AM, when i re-tried Outlook, there was a message that the
Reminders cannot be found. As I recall, I usaully cannot look at e-mail
until Reminders pop up

I shut off ZA and it did not affect anything. As I mentioned before, I get an
error message that reminders cannnot be found and when i open up Outlook, I
will not be able to preview my e-mail.

Is there a way to download Outlook and repair any problems I may have. Not
having e-mail is killing me.

thanks

I shut down ZA and had no success. Are there any other suggestions. Is it
possible to remove Outlook and reload it?
