Outlook 2000 Hangs On Exit/Quit

I have installed Office 2000 Pro and and its latest SP3 on a Windows 2000
machine. But, 8 out 10 times, it would hang at the "Please wait while MS
Outlook exits" dialog box. I have spent quite some time searching for the
solution to this, but I haven't found one.

Please help...
