Outlook 2000 - Flags

Is it possible to set an option in Outlook that allows me
to place flags on messages prior to sending them, but not
display the flag for the recipient?

I only wish to use this feature as a reminder to me, not
the people that I am sending the message.

You would have to add the flag to the item after it's sent out.
