Outlook 2000 does not remember account passwords

Hi,

Any ideas how I can get Outlook 2000 to remember account
passwords. Tried to access KB275465 which should tell me
how to solve this but I cannot even access this KB. Does
anyone have a solution to the password issue in Outlook
2000.
Note my Passowrds are not blank).

I've checked the security accounts manager and it is
running. Yes the OS is XP (home).
