Outlook 2000 does not quit

When you try to quit Microsoft Outlook 2000, you receive
the following message and Outlook 2000 does not quit:

Please wait while Microsoft Outlook exits.

It hangs there and I have to use Task Manager to close it.

The article mentions the hotfix. But where can I actually
get the hotfix file. There is no download link on that
page for it.

Hi Sean,

Call Microsoft PSS, they will provide you with the patch free of charge. (they did for me). They make you call so they can track the number of people with the issue.

Thos patch was sucesfful on some machines, but on others it's giving an MSI error during install so it won't install. I'm fowarding this error to PSS.
