Outlook 2000 delagtes and subfolders

Have delegate rights set as "reviewer" for everything
within delegates then did a manual "reviewer" on all
folders and the one subfolder within the inbox. Delegate
rights are set for view private.

Delegate has mailbox open when starting outlook and all
folders appear and can be viewed except the subfolder
within the inbox. Any idea's here, prolly some check box
somewhere but I can't find it.

The permissions for the inbox and the subfolder (checked
individually) are reviewer, read and folder visible.
