Outlook 2000 Customize Outlook Today button does not work

Does anyone know why the Customize Outlook Today button
does not work and what steps I need to take to get make it
work. This is a new hard drive with Win 2000, Office
2000, and Outlook 2000. I have not done anything to
corrupt it that I am aware of. When I push the button,
nothing happens.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
