Is there a setting in Outlook 2000 that when replying to
an email, and once the email has been sent, that the email
address is automatically saved into your Contacts folder?

No - but if you open the message you can right click on the sender, and
choose add to contacts.

Yes...
Go to Tools|Options.
Click on the Preferences tab.
Under Email, click the Email Options button.
At the bottom of the Email Options window, click to check
the box next to Automatically put people I reply to in...
Contacts (this is the default folder). Then click OK, OK.

Not this works only for Outlook 2000 in Internet Mode Only.

Oops...yes, you are correct. That's what I get for
assuming.

Thanks for the clarification/correction.
