Outlook 2000 - Can I create a Rules to move E-Mails

I would like to set up a Rule that will move E-mails into the junk folder
when
my E-Mail address is not in the To: field. I am using Outlook 2000 Sr1

I don't have OL2000 handy, but I wouldn't use rules for this sort of thing -
have you checked out third party antispam stuff like SpamBayes (free)?
