Outlook 2000 block emails

I used to block sender in outlook express but cant seem to do the same thing
now using Outlook 2000. Could someone give me some step by step help please.

It's been at least a couple of years since I've encountered a computer
with so old a version of Outlook, but, if memory serves, Outlook 2000
had no built-in "block sender" or "Junk mail" feature. You'll need to
create a rule to delete undesired emails.
