Outlook 2000 and choosing different "From"

I've got Outlook 2000. One profile with two separate email
accounts set up on it. In OE, I can use a pull down menu
to select which account will appear in the "from" field
when composing a message...How do I do this in Outlook
2000???

My compose window has an "Accounts" button that allows me to choose.
