Outlook 2000 adding contacts from vb

Hi,

I want to write a small Visual Basic 6 or Visual Basic.Net application to
transfer address information from a database to a contact in a public
Outlook 2000 folder (The desired folder must be variable).
The problem is that everytime I want to read or change the e-mail adress of
a contact, I recieve a security warning like An application is trying to ...

Can anyone help me to do this, I've allready found information about
bypassing the security warnings when sending e-mails, but I want to create
contacts.

The same techniques apply, regardless of what kinds of Outlook items you're
working with.
