Outlook 03: how to copy all my contacts and e-mails to anew PC?

Hi. I want to transfer all my contacts and e-mails to a new PC. Which files
do I need to copy and also where are these files located? Also, i want to
make a backup copy of the e-mails and contacts, but I don't know which files
do I need to backup.
