Outllook profile is not holding its settings

We use Windows 2003 server and Exchange. All users are setup with roaming
profiles. However one user seems to have a problem with her outlook profile.
Each time time she logs out of Windows and logs back in, when she tries to
open outlook it keeps prompting her to enter setup information, ie her
username and exchange server name etc. Has anyone come across this before?

Sounds like her Windows user profile is not replicating back to the server
at logoff.
