I have Outlook 2003 installed on Vista Ultimate 32bit, the install went fine
and I have set up my email account and when I click the Test Setting button
all reports ok and I get the Congratulations everything works message.
If I then click send/receive - Nothing happens at all.
Also in Tools - Options - Mail Setup if I click the Send/Receive... button
to set the send / receive options I do not get the next window pop up,
nothing happens.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and also run the detect
and repair, and it is still the same.
If I run Windows Mail the test message from Outlooks Test Setting button
arrives OK so Outlook is capable of sending via the Test Button.
