Outllok 2003 looses BCM

I've been using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager for a few
weeks as a standalone applicatio. This last week I joined our business
network (SBS 2003) through a VPN link. The first time I fired up
Outlook after this it said it was reinstalling Outlook which was fine
but all my BCM folders have disappeared!

If I try to reinstall BCM, I get a message that it's there already. No
matter what I do, I can find no reference to BCM, it's folders or even
the normal Help and Guide Tours under "Help"

Any clues as to what's happened here would be a great help Thanks
