Business Contact Manager

I have Business contact mgr with outlook 2003, xp home on
a Compaq 2700T laptop. Loaded it once. Soon after my
battery died and killed the program. When I returned to
outlook, the two BCM menus were gone. I have reinstalled
outlook and BCM many times, but I can't get BCM (Business
Contact Manager) to load again. Can anyone help?

Go to the Control Panel and click on Mail. Add a new service and choose the
business contact manager.
