Business Contact Manager

I have installed Office 2003 and Business Contact Manager,
but BCM is not starting with Outlook. I have the same
product installed in my laptop, which runs Windows XP
Home, and it is working fine. It even shows a Menu for BCM.

The desktop runs windows XP professional and it is using
Exchange Server 5.5
